The UMPA web server logs capture computer information, navigation and click-stream data such as http requests. Some of the information, such as your domain name or IP address, may identify you depending on the naming standards followed by your Internet service provider.

This information is collected by UMPA as well as third-party analytics providers, including the Google Analytics service.
Questionnaires, Surveys and Profile Data
From time to time, we offer optional questionnaires and surveys to our users for such purposes as collecting demographic information or assessing users’ interests and needs. The use of the information collected will be explained in the survey itself. These optional surveys or questionnaires are occasionally collected using a third-party service provider.
